The Gifts of Hope Catalogue gives you the opportunity to give a gift that matters. A gift to impact the lives of vulnerable children and families in the communities we serve. Each gift in our catalogue meets a real need of children and families living in poverty. When you give a gift in honour of a loved one, you can send an e-card to show your loved one how their gift is transforming lives in the Caribbean and Latin America.

Yes. While Gifts of Hope make meaningful holiday and Christmas gifts for the hard-to-shop-for people in your life, you can purchase Gifts of Hope at any time of year.

Yes you can! You will need to purchase each gift separately with its own transaction, due to the set up of our system. You will receive a separate donation thank you and receipt for each one.

 Every time you purchase a gift, you will receive a thank you email with a link to our Gifts of Hope e-cards web page. On this page you can download a PDF of four e-card designs. You can fill out the “fillable” PDF with the name of the person you are buying the gift for, save it, and email it directly to them. Alternatively, you can print the e-card, fill it out by hand, and mail it.

Your gift donated through the Gifts of Hope Catalogue will be directed to the gift category you have chosen; usually we are able to allocate it directly to your chosen gift. Occasionally we will choose to use your gift towards another item in the same gift category to support children and their families where it is needed most.

Yes. Whether you buy a gift in your own name or on behalf of someone else, you will receive a tax receipt for any donation over $25. 

All Food For The Poor Canada donors with an email address on record will receive their tax receipt electronically to help save paper and keep costs low, maximizing funds for Food For The Poor Canada projects.
